A special collaboration between Scott Movens of Sake District and Takeshi Nishikawa of Snow Crane.

Featuring a ticketed portion highlighting a tasting menu developed by Takeshi, former culinary director of Rose’s Restaurant Group and current head of Snow Crane. Each course will feature sake-adjacent ingredients such as sake kasu, mirin, amazake, and more.

Alternatively, join us after the ticketed portion for a sake and ice cream pop-up lounge. We’ll be pairing various flavors of Snow Crane ice cream developed exclusively for this event with sake. All items will be available for purchase a la carte.
